Hey Chris. I detect the spirit of Karen Christopher and Chicago pals in your brevity. I think that is does matter in that you create a space and opportunity for people to think. We were talking about complexity earlier (who knew I would end up teaching that stuff to Healthcare leaders!). I would recommend a book entitled Edgeware: Lessons From Complexity Science for Health Care Leaders, by Brenda Zimmerman, Curt Lindberg, and Paul Plsek.
